docs: fix stale BSL 1.1 license badge/text, actual license is AGPL-3.0 

The repo switched to AGPLv3 back in June (commit 9ce9e6d) but the wiki
was never updated to match — still showed the old BSL 1.1 badge and
"converts to MIT in 2030" text.
